MAINTENANCE & REPAIR
LabMasster specializes in the maintenance and repair of LC-MS, GC-MS and ICP-MS systems from different manufacturers (Waters, Agilent, Thermo Scientific, ...). We provide maximum uptime of your instruments and allow you to continue performing analyses with optimum sensitivity.
INSTALLATION & MOVING
We install and finetune newly purchased instruments as well as move existing instruments to new destinations. Doing so, we prepare efficiently in order to minimize downtime.
DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING
Next to assisting in method development we also offer training and education for the operators of your instruments. This can range from a basic training in hardware and software to a more in depth training according to your wishes.
LabMasster was founded in 2011 by Johan Lens. Since the startup, the company has been steadily growing in terms of field service engineers as well as in supporting different types of instrumentation of different manufacturers. The company is also expanding geographically as we are currently providing our services in Europe, Central- and South-America.
It is our endless goal to master the knowledge of many types and brands of analytical laboratory equipment, hence the name LabMasster.

When Johan was a kid, he liked to follow his dad - a clinical biologist - around in the lab. This sparked his interest for lab equipment. It resulted in a degree in Engineering Technology on Electronics and a surplus degree on Informatics. After his studies, he enrolled as a Field Service Engineer for Waters in 2003. Eight years later, he founded LabMasster.

While our service engineers are generally based in Belgium near Ghent, we do travel worldwide to provide you with assistance. Remote troubleshooting and support through Teamviewer and other applications are also a possibility.
